What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because Tenant's employment as superintendent has ended.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before August 31, 2020. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $175 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 31, 2020, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting September 1, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by August 31, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting September 1, 2020.
