What happened

The ruling
The previous order TSL-21787-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by July 31, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $561.85 plus $20.48 per day starting July 21, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 31, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
