What happened

Landlord applied for an order to require Tenant to pay the rent that the Tenant owes. The Landlord also claimed administration charges related to NSF cheques.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $3,500.25 in rent arrears, $20.00 in NSF cheque administration charges, and $190.00 in filing costs. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 28, 2020, the Tenant will start owing interest at 3% annually on the outstanding balance.
