What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order. The Tenant failed to pay the full amount of $200 towards rent arrears by the specified date, paying only $100.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 18, 2022. The Tenant must pay $2,261.00 to the Landlord for rent arrears up to November 30, 2021, plus $46.03 per day starting December 1, 2021, until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 18, 2022, interest will be charged, and the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement.
