What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The Landlord also claimed administration charges related to NSF cheques. The Board issued an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants. The Tenants later filed a motion to void the order because they had paid the required amount to void the order before the eviction order became enforceable.

The ruling

The required amount was paid to void the eviction order, so the order SOL-13383-20 is void and cannot be enforced by the Landlord.
