What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2021. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before November 30, 2021. If the Tenants do not move out by that date, they shall pay the Landlord $28.56 per day for compensation for the use of the unit from December 1, 2021 until the date they move out. If the unit is not vacated by November 30, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting December 1, 2021.
