What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy but did not move out by the termination date.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before November 16, 2021. The Tenants shall pay the Landlords $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by November 15, 2021, they will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding. If the unit is not vacated by November 16, 2021, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
