What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 2, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $6,660.06 plus $92.05 per day starting September 22, 2020 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by October 2, 2020, they will owe interest starting October 3, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by October 2, 2020, the Landlords can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
