What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 31, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $8,737.42 plus $94.08 per day starting March 2, 2021 until the unit is vacated. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by March 31, 2021, they will owe interest starting April 1, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by March 31, 2021, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
