What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent, persistent late payment, and causing problems in the rental unit.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay $52,936 by March 14, 2024 to void the order. If the Tenants do not pay, they must move out by March 15, 2024 and pay the Landlords $35,186, plus daily compensation of $85.48 starting February 2, 2024 until they move out.
