What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant paid the rent owing prior to the hearing, but did not pay the full cost of filing the application.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the remaining $170.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 8, 2020, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
