What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation by his son.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before March 28, 2021. The Tenant shall pay the Landlords $175.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by March 28, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
