What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Tenants vacated the rental unit on February 13, 2023, but only notified the Landlord on February 23, 2023. If the Tenants do not pay by June 3, 2023, they will start to owe interest at 6.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
