What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective October 31, 2021. The Tenants must move out by that date. If they do not, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $80.55 per day for use of the unit after November 1, 2021 until they move out, as well as the $186 application fee.
