What happened

The landlord and tenants reached an agreement at the hearing. The tenants are required to pay the lawful monthly rent for November 2022 by November 24, 2022, and the lawful rent in full and on time for each consecutive month from December 2022 through December 2023. If the tenants fail to make these payments, the landlord can apply to the Board to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenants.
