The ruling

The previous order EAL-93196-20 is set aside and order HOL-06724-20 is cancelled and replaced. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $1,750.00 in arrears plus April rent in installments by specific dates. If the Tenant fails to make the payments, the Landlord can apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
