What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective December 7, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $24,696.16 plus $59.18 per day starting November 27, 2021 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by December 7, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
