What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $7,186.00 by March 25, 2023. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by March 25, 2023, and pay $5,991.68 plus $19.73 per day from March 2, 2023, until vacating. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting March 26, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
