The ruling

The previous order SOL-22109-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by September 28, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $10,011.07 plus $27.95 per day for compensation starting September 18, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 28, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
