The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 24, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $11,012.30 in rent arrears and daily compensation, less the rent deposit and interest owed. If the Tenant does not vacate by January 24, 2023, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
