The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenants must move out by February 2, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $10,504.40 less any amount paid after the application was filed, plus $46.09 per day for compensation starting January 23, 2021 until they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 2, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
