What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent as per the mediated settlement issued by the Board on February 12, 2020.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenants must move out by February 2, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $10,504.40 less any amount paid after the application was filed, plus $46.09 per day for compensation starting January 23, 2021 until they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 2, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
