The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 11, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,535.30, less any amount paid after the application was filed, plus $44.22 per day starting April 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 11, 2021, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
