What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to substantial interference with the Landlord's lawful right, privilege or interest, or another tenant's reasonable enjoyment. The Landlord claimed the Tenants installed a fence without permission, which has caused problems with the neighbors.

The ruling

The Landlord is authorized to remove the fence, and shall provide the Tenants with one-week notice of the removal date. The Tenants will not be ordered to pay the cost of the application.
