What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective October 24, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $31.23 per day for use of the unit after October 25, 2021 until the Tenant vacates, as well as the $186 application fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 24, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting October 25, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by October 24, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
