What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to undue damage to the rental unit and substantial interference with the Landlord's or another tenant's reasonable enjoyment or lawful rights, privileges or interests.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $550 for the reasonable costs of repairing the damage to the bedroom, and $186 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 12, 2021, the Tenant will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
