What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to undue damage to the rental unit and substantial interference with the Landlord's or another tenant's reasonable enjoyment or lawful rights, privileges or interests.
The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $300 for the reasonable costs of repairing the damage to the bedroom, and $186 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 12, 2021, the Tenant will owe simple interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
