What happened
Landlords filed L1 and L2 applications. L1 for non-payment of rent, and L2 for substantial interference and property damage. At the hearing, Landlords withdrew the L2 application and proceeded with the L1 application only.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amounts by the given dates. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by January 15, 2023, and pay $13,908.35 plus $27.95 per day from December 13, 2022, until move-out. The Landlords may file for eviction enforcement starting January 16, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
