What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent and damages. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet the conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 7, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $993.34, plus $50.96 per day starting October 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 7, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
