What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent as specified in a previous order. The Tenants did not meet the conditions of the previous order to pay rent arrears and current rent.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 12, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $22,533.56 plus $58.36 per day starting June 2, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by June 12, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. The Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction if the Tenants do not vacate by June 12, 2021.
