What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective December 1, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $18,591.31 plus $64.11 per day starting November 21, 2023 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by December 1, 2023, they will owe interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
