What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $6,474 by September 17, 2022 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay, they must move out by September 17, 2022 and pay the Landlord $5,536.34 plus daily compensation of $18.97 per day starting August 30, 2022.
