What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 6, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $6,139.81 for rent arrears and the cost of filing the application, less any payments made after the application was filed. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $11.47 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting February 24, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
