What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective February 15, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $6,422.05, plus $27.08 per day starting January 23, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. The Tenant can void the eviction order by paying $7,475.46 by January 31, 2021 or $8,299.19 by February 15, 2021.
