What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 22, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,451.00 in rent arrears and application fees, plus $10.82 per day in compensation starting May 12, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 22, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
