What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 7, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,990.51, plus $27.29 per day starting January 28, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 7, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction. The Tenant can void the order and continue the tenancy by paying $4,063 by January 31, 2021 or $4,893 by February 7, 2021.
