What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 11, 2022, unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amount. The Tenant is ordered to pay $1,289.23 for rent arrears and NSF charges, plus $4.01 per day from February 1, 2022, until move-out, and $186.00 for application filing costs. If full payment is not made by February 11, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement.
