What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

If the Tenant does not pay the full amount, the Tenant must move out by March 26, 2023 and pay the Landlords $7,415.59 plus daily compensation of $29.59 per day starting February 2, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
