The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 15, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $3,710.74 (less any amount paid after the application was filed) and $31.25 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting April 1, 2020 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by August 15, 2020, they will owe interest starting August 16, 2020.
