The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the unit by February 20, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,177.38 less any payments made after the application was filed, plus $36.60 per day for use of the unit starting February 10, 2023 until the Tenant vacates. If the full amount is not paid by February 20, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
