The tenancy is terminated effective March 1, 2021. The Tenant owes no money to the Landlord as the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenant exceeds the rent arrears. The Landlord is authorized to offset $26.48 per day for compensation for the Tenant's use of the unit starting February 19, 2021 until the Tenant moves out.
