What happened

Tenant applied for an order determining that the Landlord and Landlord Agents harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant, entered the rental unit illegally, altered the locking system on a door giving entry to the rental unit or residential complex without giving the Tenant replacement keys and substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex by the Tenant or by a member of the Tenant's household.

The ruling

The Landlord Agents must refrain from interfering with the Tenant's ability to host guests and/or have roommates at her rental unit. The Landlord Agents shall immediately allow the Tenant to recover possession of the rental unit and provide the Tenant with keys to the doors of the rental unit and the residential complex. The Landlord Agents shall pay the Tenant $45.00 for the cost of filing the application.
