What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant paid almost all of the arrears after the application was filed, so the order will not include eviction.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $1.86 in outstanding rent and $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 22, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
