What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must vacate the rental unit by June 19, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $50.93 per day for compensation for use of the unit after the termination date, as well as $201 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by June 19, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
