What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The Tenants had not paid the total rent they were required to pay for the period from September 1, 2017 to June 30, 2020. The Tenants paid all arrears for the period ending December 31, 2020 after the application was filed, so the order was limited to costs only and not eviction.
