What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amounts. The Tenant must pay $1,086.49 by August 31, 2022, or $2,009.82 by September 30, 2022, to void the order. If not paid, the Tenant must vacate by September 30, 2022. The Landlord owes the Tenant $279.54 from the rent deposit and interest, but can deduct $30.36 per day for use of the unit from August 17, 2022, until the Tenant moves out.
