What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous mediated settlement. The Tenant failed to pay rent arrears and current rent as required by the settlement.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 12, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,771.86, plus $55.91 per day in compensation starting February 2, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 12, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
