What happened

The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $1,994.30 for the cost of repairing the damage to the garage door, as well as $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant fails to pay the full amount by November 30, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
