What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The Tenants filed a motion to set aside the order.
The ruling
The previous order is cancelled and replaced. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $14,855, which includes rent arrears up to March 31, 2021 and the application fee. The Tenants shall pay $5,000 by April 14, 2021 and then $600 per month towards the arrears in addition to their monthly rent. If the Tenants fail to make any of these payments, the Landlord may apply to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants.
