The ruling

The Landlord is ordered to pay the Tenant a rent abatement of $1,876.76 and $95.00 for the cost of filing the applications, for a total of $1,971.67, by October 30, 2020. If the Landlord does not pay the full amount by the due date, the Landlord will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
