The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 30, 2022, based on the agreement signed by both parties. Tenants must vacate by this date. If not vacated, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting March 31, 2022. The Tenants have until February 17, 2022, to file a motion to set aside the order.
